The video promise that if you do this video for 30 days you can lose 20 pounds! We decide to take the test. The DVD has three levels. Rachel wanted us to start at level 2, but I said no let's start at the beginning. We argued back and forth but I won and we started at level one, where we proceed to get are butt's kicked. Good thing we didn't start at level two. It was so difficult. I woke up the next day and my leg's were so sore. But I need to do it everyday, so on Sunday I did it again. Let's just say I feel it and I look like an old lady going up and down stairs.
